About me.

Sarah Jupp, Voiceover Artist

Sarah Jupp, Voiceover Artist

Colchester born and bred, I cut my professional teeth in London and now reside in Bristol with my husband and two children.

I caught the performing bug from my father, a semi-professional bass-baritone, who would embarrass me by testing the acoustics of pretty much any room he walked into. My family communicated in silly voices so early on I developed a repertoire of impersonations and characters. (I’ll only do my childhood dog’s voice in public if you get me drunk, though.)

I’ve DJed for college radio, performed in tonnes of plays and musicals, love to sing (alto/mezzo-soprano), and having presented extensively in my ‘sensible’ jobs I am excited about the chance to bring my skills and experience to voicing your projects.

In my spare time, you might find me upholstering or watching Come Dine with Me, my guilty pleasure TV show thanks to the narration genius of Dave Lamb.

What People are Saying.

“Sarah was very professional and easy to work with when we needed to find a VO artist for a fun TV show pilot at short notice. She got back to me immediately, sent a demo of her reading a few lines from our script in character over WhatsApp so we could make a decision and was open to trying several takes in different voices in the studio on the day. When we needed to re-record a couple of lines after a script chance she also sent these over very speedily. Would def work with her again thank you Sarah!”

— Vicky Gardner, Development Executive, Twenty Twenty Productions

“We did a live stage show (of the “Cautionary Tales'“ podcast) with Sarah - she was very skilled and professional and a pleasure to work with!”

Tim Harford OBE, economist, journalist, broadcaster and author. Credits include BBC Radio 4 ‘s “More or Less”, Financial Times column “The Undercover Economist” and the iTunes series “Fifty Things That Made the Modern Economy”

“Sarah is a regular narrator of news videos for our SPACETV youtube channel, and her work is out of this world. Her delivery is perfection. When you listen to her journalist-style narration of scientific stories, not only do you realise that Sarah is an intelligent and thoughtful artist, but she also understands the story details like any experienced science journalist would. Always professional, and a pleasure to work with, I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah for any voice project.”

— Eurico Roberto, SpaceTV

“It was a real pleasure working with Sarah. We cast her in a live show for a 450+ audience. She arrived fully-prepared and full of enthusiasm. We made some last-minute script changes, and Sarah was totally unfazed by taking on new lines. Her performance was flawless. She developed an immediate rapport with the cast and crew, which made the whole experience a joy. Highly recommend.

“Sarah provided an exceptional voiceover for our recent project for DHL, bringing a perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and conversational tone that truly elevated the final product. What stood out the most was her ability to convey our message in a way that felt both engaging and authentic, which really connected with our audience.

Sarah’s delivery was spot-on. Clarity, pacing, and inflection were all excellent, and she seamlessly adapted to the script’s nuances. Throughout the process, she was friendly, communicative, and always open to feedback, making collaboration easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism and dedication to getting everything just right ensured a smooth workflow from start to finish.
